Yogi Arvind Negi, a yogi & mentor to his students, hails from the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh, India. His journey into the depths of yoga led him to the serene life of an ashram, where he discovered the profound importance of following Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical and moral guidelines of yoga. Yogi Arvind strongly believes that no yogi can reach spiritual enlightenment without following Yamas & Niyamas thoroughly.

Yoga, to him, is not merely a physical exercise routine. Believing in the concept of – समत्वं योग उच्यते – Evenness of mind is known as Yoga. He believes that yoga is a path that intertwines with the soul, enriching our intellect, and awakening our deepest potential.
